Dedicated to Failure

First up is a band from Olympia called Gag. They have a few 7"s out that are great, so check them out!
Warcollapse put out numerous records in the 90's and play brutal crust core. They have gotten back together and played numerous festivals. This is them playing at a Profane Existence show in Minneapolis.
Dead Boys are about as classic as you can get. This is a killer live video of them playing at CBGB's in 1977.
Savageheads are a new band out of Boston and play great, straight ahead punk with a heavy dose of 80's punk influence.
Warcry have been around for some time now and seem to play sporadicly, due to the members involvement in other bands. This is a fantastic live video of them playing in Sweden.
This is an older video of Extinction of Mankind recording their split with Misery in Minneapolis. I was lucky enough to see them with Misery when they toured and it was an epic show. I'm not sure that they are too active anymore, check it out!
Next I have a great multi-cam video of the Chicago band, The Repos
Average Times play a garage style of punk that is very catchy. This is video is called Popsicle.
Agent Attitude are fucking awesome and you should check them out! Super tight live set of raging hardcore!
Great video of the insanely killer hardcore band from Canada, Haymaker. They stopped playing for a bit and may have started again, I'm not totally sure. If you have not checked them out before you should get any of their 7"s if you can find them. The 'hate the kids' one might be my favorite but really everything they put out is awesome.
Lastly I have a video of the amazing Texas band, Deskonocidos. This is a live video of them playing at Sub Mission in SF. These guys have a few records out and a demo, all of them are awesome. Great melodic, punk.

Burden of Rebuttal

Demon System 13 were around in the early 2000's and put out two stellar Lp's and numerous 7"s. I got to see them on their second US tour sometime in the early 2000's and they were fantastic. They have been broken up for a number of years and reunited to play the last show of a infamous practice space in Umea, Sweden, where they are from. Check it out. "Users are losers!"
Deadly Reign are from So Cal and play brutal crust. The band features members of many other notable bands like Glycine Max, Scarred for Life and more.
Next is a killer new band out of SF (or it least mostly..) called Fatigue. They recently played at the Hemlock in San Fransisco with another amazing band, Radioactivity. I was lucky enough to make it out on a Wednesday (don't talk shit, I'm getting old) and was immensely happy that I did. Both bands made every second of my sleep deprived next day worth it. Fatigue has a 7" out that you should absolutely seek out.
Kuudes Silma are an awesome post punk band from Helsinki. They have a killer Lp out and a few 7"s, all of which are perfectly moody, in the post punk kind of way that I love. Check 'em out!
Nervosas are an awesome punk band from Columbus Ohio. They have two Lp's out and the newest came out earlier this year. Both have been in almost constant rotation on my record player recently. They are one of those bands that as I continued to listen, I became more and more obsessed. Really, REALLY great dark punk. This video is the best quality video I could find and its of them playing in Germany.
Wartorn are from Wisconsin and play brutal blackened crust. The band features members of other Wisconsin bands like Remission and Dresden. I think as time has gone on they have just honed in on their style and have just gotten better.
Lastly I have another great video of the Spanish band Belgrado playing in Sao Paulo in 2014. This video is really fantastic quality, my only complaint is that the vocals could be a bit higher. Otherwise it really features them very nicely.

Fallacious behavior

First up is an awesome new band from Colombia called Dead Hero. They play straight forward Oi! with that classic sound.
Next is a video featuring four different bands. First is Darge from South Korea, then Disgust from Japan, then Death from Above from Brazil and finally Unfit Scum who are also from Brazil. All four bands put out a compilation Cd together and all of them play different variations of crust. Check it out.
After that brutal video I have something a little more melodic. It's Montreal's Sonic Avenues. This is a video shot of them playing on KEXP out of Seattle. For those that like some pop punk in their life, I highly recommend Sonic Avenues.
Deaf Kids play crazy and noisy brutal hardcore. At times it reminds me of Destino Final but only a little. They are from Brazil and this video is them playing live at Obscene Extreme.
Ok now to finish this post off with a classic. It's the Newtown Neurotics doing when the oil runs out.
